Whoops!

Didn't realise it was Tuesday I last posted, getting slack! Have had a busy week (again) but have actually got in all my workouts so am happy with that. On the food side I have been quite poor though - as usual, too much alcohol and my food is too low in quality. I have been keeping the quantity low though to offset that. As a result (and probably assisted by a bit of alcoholic dehydration) I weighed in this morning at 59.9kg. Yep, finally under 60kg. Now just need to maintain it!

Wine tasting tonight - should be good but I am looking forward to an alcohol free day tomorrow after drinking the last 2 nights already. I'm pretty tired too so I'm looking forward to some vegging out this weekend. And I need to start packing! 4 more work days to go!

Now, when you are in Perth will we be needing a workout? Or a wine/beer? Or both? I'm easy on all 3 options and wouldn't say no to them all LOL!
